Oak Leaf features modern amenities in a rustic setting. The new (2002) house includes five bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two car garage and basement game room. Oak Leaf is equipped with heat, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and TV/VCR. Maximum ten person occupancy. (Sorry, no smoking, pets, or jet skis allowed.) The Oak Leaf yard features 100' of Elk Lake frontage (pictured above), gas grill, picnic table and lawn chairs. A spacious deck with built-in seating on the bank in addition to a large dock provide private lake access. Oak Leaf does not have a beach but the water is shallow by the dock so access is easy (pictured below).
The first floor features a great room centered around a fieldstone fireplace (above), a fully equipped kitchen, and large sunroom with lake view, a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and full bath with jacuzzi tub, small bedroom with twin bed, and one half bath. Oak Leaf has hardwood floors throughout, with the exception of the bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is fully equipped and sheets and towels are provided.
The second floor includes a sitting room with a lake front balcony (pictured above), three bedrooms (sample pictured below), and a full bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms features a king-sized bed, another has a queen-sized bed and the third has a queen-sized bed and a single. Bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows are provided.
